宿泊には、マイブラシをお持ちください

AMIGO HOUSEのホステルにアメニティとして宿泊人数分置いていた使い捨て歯ブラシセット。
滞在中にほんの数回使用しただけの歯ブラシ、個包装の袋やチューブを、プラスチックごみとして廃棄することに、常に心苦しさがありました。
そこで、4月1日プラ新法が施行されたこともあり、この春から提供をやめました。

当初からエコフレンドリーな運営を目指してきたAMIGO HOUSE。

海洋プラスチック汚染についても考える機会が多い、海が身近な逗子での営みの中で、できることからやろうと考えました。
逗子に来てAMIGO HOUSEに泊まるのをきっかけに、歯ブラシセットもマイバッグやマイボトルのように家から持ち出し大切に使うものとして認識していただければと思います。
滞在中のごみの分別も、自ずと意識を向けて自然にやっていただけるように工夫していきたいと考えています。

We always felt bad about throwing away toothbrushes, individual bags and tubes that I used only a few times during my stay as plastic waste.
Therefore, since the new plastic law was enforced on April 1, we stopped providing it from this spring.

From the beginning, AMIGO HOUSE has aimed for eco-friendly management.

I thought I would start with what I can do in Zushi, where I have many opportunities to think about marine plastic pollution and the sea is close to me.
I hope that when you come to Zushi and stay at AMIGO HOUSE, you will recognize the toothbrush set as something you take out of your home and use with care, like your own bag or bottle.
We would also like to devise ways to make sure that guests are naturally conscious of separating garbage during their stay.
